About Us
In 2015, I completed doula training through DONA International, along with a 9-month internship at the Minnesota Birth Center. Since I began my work as a doula, I have attended nearly 50 births.

What I Do
Birth Services
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, as your doula I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any and all questions you may have.
Postpartum Services
Transitioning home can be a step families forget to think about, from who is going to walk the dog to (breast)feeding support. Extra guidance and support helps relieve the stress of this new adjustment.
Placenta Encapsulation
Although placenta encapsulation is not for everyone, you may feel it is right for you. With encapsulation, some women report an increase of milk supply and better mood after birth. I ensure your placenta is processed quickly and safely!

However, I will service outside this area for a small travel fee.
